These Terms of Service (“Terms”) and the Privacy Policy govern your access to and use of the services, therapies, treatments, platforms, websites, communications, and content provided by Limitless Healthcare LLC (“Limitless Healthcare”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms on your own behalf and on behalf of any person or entity you represent. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to use the services.
Medical Emergencies
Electronic communication is not appropriate for emergency medical issues. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, do not use Limitless Healthcare services. Call 911 or seek immediate emergency medical assistance.
Insurance
Limitless Healthcare does not accept insurance of any kind. You will be provided with receipts for all services rendered, but we will not process or support insurance claims.
Payment Methods & Authorization
By using our services, you authorize Limitless Healthcare to charge your selected payment method(s) for all purchases. Your payment credentials may be securely stored for future use in compliance with industry standards.
- Services will not be rendered until payment is received or a valid payment method is authorized.
- All sales are final.
- Medications from compounding pharmacies cannot be returned.
- Refunds may be issued as credits on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Policy
Refund & Prescription Policy
Limitless Healthcare does not offer refunds for any services, consultations, or prescriptions once issued.
Because all prescriptions are custom-compounded based on medical evaluation, they are non-refundable and non-returnable. Once a prescription is written by a licensed provider, it is considered final — regardless of fulfillment status.
However, if a compounded medication arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect due to pharmacy error or shipping issues, Limitless Healthcare will work directly with the compounding pharmacy to ensure a prompt replacement at no cost to you.

Limitation of Liability
You agree that Limitless Healthcare and its contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or reliance on our content. In any case, our maximum liability shall not exceed $100 per calendar year.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Limitless Healthcare, its team, providers, and affiliates from any claims, costs, or damages arising from your use of the services, any violation of these Terms, or misuse of the content.
Use of Trademarks
You may not use any Limitless Healthcare trademarks or service marks without our written permission.
Disclaimer
Our services and content are provided “as is” and “as available” with no express or implied warranties. Limitless Healthcare does not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific outcomes.
Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and all disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Loudoun County, VA.
Waiver of Jury Trial
You knowingly and voluntarily waive the right to a jury trial in any legal proceeding related to these Terms or the use of Limitless Healthcare services.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Limitless Healthcare. Specific services may carry additional requirements or terms.
Assignment
You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without written permission. Limitless Healthcare may assign its rights and obligations at any time.
Severability
If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to our services at any time. You may stop using our services at any time.
Survival
Sections regarding payment, refunds, liability, indemnification, disclaimer, and jurisdiction shall survive termination of your relationship with Limitless Healthcare.
No Partnership
Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Electronic Communication Consent
By using our services, you consent to receiving secure and unsecure electronic communications as outlined in our privacy policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your contact information on file is current and secure.
Clinical and Compliance Policies
Missed Appointments
Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, or no-shows, may be charged the full consultation fee.
Medication Guidelines
You agree to:
- Use prescribed medication only as directed
- Not share, sell, or alter any prescribed medications
- Safeguard medications from loss or misuse
- Notify us immediately of side effects
Prescriptions are issued at the provider’s discretion and require:
- Valid medical need
- Recent labs and consultation
- Compliance with all follow-up protocols
Pharmacy Relationships
Limitless Healthcare works only with licensed, U.S.-based compounding pharmacies that meet rigorous safety and compliance standards. Medications are not returnable once dispensed.
Primary Care
Limitless Healthcare is not a primary care provider. We recommend maintaining a relationship with a primary care physician for general medical needs.
